I have a limited number of sliding scale spaces. Please do not hesitate to ask about this. Credit cards are accepted.
Insurance covers a 45 minute session only. I am on several panels including United Healthcare, Beacon, and Aetna to name a few. Please check with your insurance to verify whether I am on your panel. Feel free to contact me to ask about this as well during our intake call. When using your insurance please note that a diagnosis must be provided, and that is true even if submitting a Super Bill to insurance. A diagnosis may follow you when you apply for life/disability insurance or possibly even health insurance at some point in the future (if pre-existing conditions are tracked again). Call your insurance to determine your benefits. It is your responsibility to know your benefits and stay informed about benefit changes.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
I accept referrals from FEI Behavioral Health, Ceridian LifeWorks, ComPsych Guidance Resources, Magellan EAP, Aetna EAP (and more). EAP visits are 45 minutes.
